Criminal-court records

Online access to IntelliCorp’s updated database of state and county records.

Driving record

A review of a driver’s license history and license status, including offenses and citations.

Employment verification

Verifies dates of employment, supervisors’ names, job titles, duties, reasons for leaving, attendance, employee ratings, and eligibility for rehire.

Education verification

Verifies level of formal education. Useful for determining level of job qualifications and establishing salary range. Confirms schools attended, degrees obtained, attendance dates, and grade point averages.

SSN verification and address history

Verifies that the applicant’s name is attached to the reported Social Security number. Identification of any undisclosed former residences. Provides the name associated with the number, age or date of birth, current and former addresses, and county of residence.

Credit report for employment screening

A report from one of the three national credit bureaus showing addresses, past and current employers, any public-filing information, debt load, and payment history. Provides insight into the applicant’s financial responsibility.

Consumer credit report

A summary of a consumer’s credit history. Requires an application approved by the credit bureau.

Criminal search for a single county

A search of criminal records at the county level. Includes felony and/or misdemeanor records.

Civil search for a single county

A search of civil-court records at the county level. Provides information from upper and/or lower courts.

State criminal searches

A search of felony and/or misdemeanor records as reported by states or other sources, such as the Department of Corrections, Sex Offender Registry, and our own aggregated county criminal information.

Arrest and booking records

Historical and current county arrest records.

Inmate records

Dispositions on individuals found guilty and sentenced to incarceration in a state facility. Includes released inmates.

National people search

A search commonly used to locate persons. Searches more than 23 billion records, including credit headers and utility company data.

Workers compensation records

Access to individuals’ job-related injury claims. Available after hiring. Subject to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.

Drug testing

Lab tests and physical exams with test-analysis reports. Includes substance-abuse identification.
