Accurate, comprehensive pricing data
The system gives you access to the most accurate and up-to-date pricing databases available in the United States and Canada. We publish structural repair and cleaning price lists for 468 separate economic areas, and we release updates at least once per quarter. (In the aftermath of a major disaster, we can update the price lists as often as weekly to reflect rapid price changes.)
Each structural repair and cleaning database contains more than 10,000 unit-cost line items. For each line item, we provide time and material pricing, including:
- labor
- labor productivity rates (for new construction and restoration)
- labor burden and overhead
- material costs
- equipment costs
- and more
The costs reflect the unique challenges of disaster repair, with unit costs for such tasks as smoke cleaning, water extraction, hazardous cleanup, and much more.
